Hey Britto, not all perks have to be unlocked in order, but some like the bigger trashbag do, you can see it with a small arrow inbetween icons.

It "looks" more cartoony than the previous game, not sure I like that. I do like the unpacking of the boxes, instead of going to the store to buy things. I'm still on the fence with this one.

Yeah it has that feel, which I like, but i feel the houses are still way better to look at and the furniture :)
