These vids are great...should be required viewing for all Spark owners. Dude has a great delivery and the info is easy to understand. The vids really help me get a handle on everything the app and amp are capable of.

I love how he kept a straight face when he engaged the vibrato pedal. I learned on the line 6 spider jam amp and it helped me a lot. I’d recommend the spark to beginner guitarists for sure. Amazing

I’ve had a spark 40 for a while now, and recently got the Mini for making practice more mobile. Watching this has made me realise how much I’m underusing the app, lots more for me to explore and he explains it very well without all the noise you get on other explanation videos. Cheers

I sold a guy a Strat style all maple neck that he needed for a build he’s doing. He just happened to mention that he JUST had a Positive Grid Spark amp that he played through, like he was slumming it or something lol. I’d never heard of the amp, so quickly Googled it, and checked out some of the videos on the thing, including this one. I was COMPLETELY blown away by what I was hearing, and seeing! I couldn’t believe the sounds and features on this amazing amp! I’d say within an hour, probably less, I had ordered myself the new, Pearl version, as with the discounts offered by Amazon, everything evenened out. It didn’t cost any extra than if I’d bought the black version! Well, I’ve been tearing my hair out, waiting for it to arrive, which will be between Monday and Friday of next week. In the meantime, I’ve been watching every video I can find on the amp, and just keep getting more and more impressed/excited about the thing! Can’t wait until it arrives lol!!

On a variety of subjects, I always tell people to do their homework before they jump into something head first... Then I go and ignore my own advice and based on a couple of videos in which amps were compared to Spark sounds, I thought "Oh yeah, that's the sound I want" and bought a Spark 40 without doing any research on it at all. After I placed the order and paid for it, and received the email saying it had shipped, by which time it is usually too late to cancel an order, I read the return policy which is less than impressive. Then I read some reviews on it, and while the amp fared fairly well with most people, some people have opinions of Positive Grid that are also less than impressive. I didn't consider that I don't have a cell phone, or whether my PC would run the software, or if cheapo Amazon Fire 7 would if it wont run on the PC. But lately, my luck has been amazing. I won $700 at my local casino. I managed to get by for two years without a Flu shot or a Covid shot, then when I finally got them I got them at the same time, which my Pharmacist said I should not have done because that increases the chances of a bad reaction, but I didn't have any problems at all. _So I have my fingers crossed that my luck will hold out just a little longer..._

I've had my Spark 40 and Mini for almost a year now and I'm wondering how to get the new ODS 50 update. I've updated my firmware to the latest 1.7.4 and I update the iOS app on my phone but i still don't see the new amps or pedals. Out of all the videos you guys do on the Spark it would be great if someone just showed how to actually update the thing. Thanks

one thing I have noticed is that, with a phone and an iPad, sometimes you bluetooth audio spontaneously connects to the wrong device. I prefer the iPad, but the phone is more convenient when traveling. So just check both if there are connection issues.

Absolutely Zero customer Service. I have been trying to order a grounded power supply for days now. All I get in response is we are merging your tickets into one to avoid confusion. But no one has gotten back with me on how to order the grounded power supply for my spark 40

Do I need the Spark amp for the app?! Would be the best if you simply could use the whole amp in an app. (without the actual amp)

With hummm, as soon as the noise gate eliminates it, even with threshold at a minimum to cut the hum, and the decay all the way up, or even down, the sound of the guitar gets too eliminated for some reason, rendering it not useful when gain is high. Also, one of the bands on the guitar pedal EQ, when cut down, totally cuts the guitar off, even when all the other bands are all the way up.

Hi thanks very detailed demo. I’m thinking of using this instead of my heavy pedalboard if I am just playing 3 songs on stage. Is it possible to use only the line output and not the main speaker? Like plugging it directly to mixer. We have IEM setup so I don’t need to hear the speaker.

My Spark has problem with intermittent audio cut-off that lasts about 1 minute. Problem also occurs with USB connected to iMac as an interface. Downloaded update-sill has this problem Waiting for feedback.

I’m returning mine. I was pretty hopeful after seeing all the videos. I think the one I got is defective. It started cutting out after playing it for less than 30 mins.

i got my Spark Mini four days ago, its graet! I play it with a Start and an e-ukulele, makes so much fun! But how can i arrange my favorite sounds in the app?🤔 Can i create own categories?

I love my Spark Go. Use it every day. I do wish it was louder though. I also don’t like the whole paying for expansion packs and all that. The app could be a little easier to figure out how to use as well. Did I mention I wished it was louder? Because I wish it was louder.

in the section where you went into saving tones, i downloaded the metallica one and saved it, vut i dont have a "hardware" option ...where is it? i only have from "all" to acoustic".

How can a magnificent machine like this make it all the way through research, development and quality control without anyone realizing that THE BASS IS WAY WAY WAY TOO LOUD? Returning the one I bought today.

Hi Positive Grid, I am having a few problems with the app - It only works 50% of the time (specifically, when I select a pedal, nothing changes when I change the settings / turn the knobs... the delay stays the same no matter what I do etc). It happens 50% of the time, I have no idea why but it's really disheartening. Is there a fix? I will get a refund otherwise ...
