In this video we talk about what Tune to choose depending on what types of mods you have on your car. Basic rundown of the tunes:
Don't forget you can book at tune on our website:
neweraperformance.com/
Stage 1: Basic bolt-on vehicle. GM only 1999 or newer. Minor bolt-ons like intake, headers, exhaust, converter, gears, upgraded manifold. Extra charge on 2017 or newer.
Stage 2: Same as a basic bolt-on vehicle, with added Supercharger, forced induction, anything boosted. e85/91 included as well with additional charge.
Stage 3: You cannot book this online. Typically you have a supercharger, nitrus, e85, full bolt-on, big horsepower vehicle. You must contact us with full list of mods so we can schedule the appropriate time for us to do your custom tune.
Flex fuel & Tune: We supply parts, labor, and tuning.
Things to check before tune:
• Check your codes/Check engine lights: Let us know what they are!
• Make sure your car is running normal. If its jerking, doesn't feel right, or not going, let us know prior to your tune so we can advise on solutions or help you troubleshoot if possible.
• If you are tuning for two fuels make sure to bring car with low on 91 and at least 10 gallons of e85.
• If you're only using one fuel make sure to have enough gas around half tank would be good.
• Make sure you OBD2 port is working!
