It’s all about skill. But the reason why it’s called bad is that it can be outclassed by someone else who has the same skill level with a far better stand that people agree is better, like MR. For example, take Mr. President. Mr. President is really not that good for storyline and only there for trolling. Sure, a really good player can make good use of Mr. President, but take someone else with the same skill level with a, let’s say, SP. Normally it would come down to skill level, but it doesn’t matter in this situation. SP outclasses MP in this situation. Heck, stands without barrages are low tier really.

haha yeah, I wish. I've been trying to get tomb crypt tusk act 4, i'm on my 4th attempt and i've played sbr around 80 times today, won twice, once got ribcage, other got pelvis. I wish it was this easy.
