Currently 39 weeks pregnant!! Definitely went through the whole weak pelvic floor journey as well 🥲 doing pf exercises before, during, and after pregnancy for sure helps, and specifically seeing a pelvic floor therapist for an examination is SO worth it 👏🏼 For the neck pain I would see a chiro or physio if it keeps happening 🥺 lots of love from Canada 💕

Jess! I've never been pregnant, BUT whenever I'm on my period, I get huge neck pain. My osteopath said that it's related, because of the uterus' inflammation that presses on the sacrum and spine, that goes all the way to the neck. He recommended doing exersices where you open and stretch your hips. Hope it makes sense!! Love u so much!

For the muscle discomfort I 10/10 recommend seeing an OMM Specialist!! I cannot tell you how beneficial it has been during pregnancy! Starting at 34 weeks I get seen once a week to prep/relax my body for labor too. It has been extremely helpful. Seeing OMM has been the best decision I made while pregnant.

Hey Jess! I noticed you had some prime energy drinks in this vlog and I just wanted to let you know that they’re going through a lawsuit right now because of all of the harmful ingredients in their drinks.
