Exactly! Most people don't up-cycle. We are wasteful. Imagine the loss of money and use of intelligence and creativity we loose. Wasteful!

Hey rooster Mike. It was nice seeing you at the Legion week before last. I came out property hunting and didn't find the one before I left. I am about to come out in a few days because I think I have found the one. If you'd like I can drop by the flats or the legion to pick you up and you can help me decide if it is a good spot or not.
