I just enjoyed the first set of video tips on board fundraising: a challenge indeed, and a universal one! Any ideas for fun, informative, engaging activities related to fundraising to have Board members do at their annual retreat?

Hey Rick! I think the first thing you have to clarify is - where are your board members currently in their fundraising skill and confidence? Do they need some foundational training on the basics? Are they more advanced?

MY BOARD DOESNT WANT TO FUNDRAISER BEFORE STARTING PROGRAMMING BECAUSE THEY THINK NOBODY WILL DONATE AND IT IS STAGNATING US

I totally get that. It's hard. But what you can do is create a vision for what you can accomplish if you raise a certain goal amount. Like... "Hi, we are (org name) and our vision is (example: a city where no kid is hungry). We've noticed (problem). We're just getting started but we have big dreams! Help us raise our first ($small goal amount here) so we can help our first (# of people)."
