Koh Lipe Thailand a true paradise in the Andaman Sea. Come take a 2 minute trip to the Thai island of Koh Lipe with us! On our last trip to Koh Lipe, we spent 2 weeks on the island getting this epic drone footage of Koh Lipe. Aerial footage really shows how stunning Koh Lipe really is. Just look at that water! They don't call it the "Maldives of Thailand" for nothing.

Drone shots are great and the water is so clear. It's amazing the quality that can be achieved. The stunning location does help too.

Wow, as with all the islands in Thailand they over build. I went the many times in early 2000 and it is a beautiful island with beautiful people. I just hope it doesn't get ruined!

Incredible footage. That water is so clear it looks like glass from the aerial view. The reefs looks like they're in great shape too, would love to do some snorkeling or diving there.

Thailand is one of my favorite southeast Asia travel destinations. I do need to visit the islands as I mainly stayed inland, so I'm kind of missing an important part of the country. Koh Lipe in the Andaman Sea looks amazing, and definitely, I'll put it on my current list of place to visit! Well done. Greetings all the way from Poland.

Thailand is great, but yes you need to check out the islands! Koh Lipe is our favorite!

It would be hard if not impossible to do Koh Lipe as a day trip since it really isn't very close to any other destinations in Thailand. One night isn't really enough either, we suggest 3-4 Nights in Koh Lipe to enjoy it.

unfortunately it was discovered long time ago and now they are actively ruining it.... thais themselves along with tourists..

I think actively ruining is a bit of an overstatement, but it is getting more popular which has impacted the island. However, I would still go here over any other Thai island I've visited.

It's definitely discovered... I was there in the off season (June 2017) and it was really busy, but I'd still go back it's an amazing place, stayed at the castaway resort I'd highly recommend 👍🏻

DearJRenae... wifi was good, but its only for the bar and restaurant area, I was in a bungalow just off the beach and it wouldn't reach, but if you were in one near the restaurant your laughing, Have a good holiday 👍🏻

We prefer Koh Lipe, especially for a honeymoon. It's much smaller, quieter, and more romantic in our opinion. Have a great trip!

Yes for sure! There are plenty of places to meet up with other travelers and budget accommodation for solo travelers. Koh Lipe takes a little more effort to get to, but it's worth it when you get there!
