Hello everyone, some of you already know that my videos were deleted by KZfaq. Consequently, I have reworked the content using non-copyrighted music (remixes and others) instead of reuploading Zodd's videos in their old state. I decided to completely remaster the video. It has been in my plans for a long time, but due to lack of time, I never got around to doing it. In the end, it turned out to be a blessing in disguise because if I had remastered it earlier, I would have reused the same music, and the video would have been taken down in March. This time, everything should be fine as there are no copyright issues in the KZfaq check. I know many of you like the old style without the remixes, and I have done my best to stay true to what I had done before. So, I hope you'll enjoy this version!

crazy how a ps2 game is one of the best portrayals of Berserk

This was the best Berserk game I have played. Guts' movements and sound of the Dragon Slayer as he swung it around were so faithful to the series. The finshers and counters were so fun with many inspired directly by the Manga. A true masterpiece by people that were obviously Berserk fans.

tbh i would never have acknowledged how hard fighting zodd would be for guts when i read the manga until i saw this clip 💀

I absolutely love how Guts struggled against Zodd in his human form but absolutely obliterates him in his monster form.

That switch from the PS2 game to the 360 game was maddeningly smooth when Zodd transformed.

I'm HEMA practitioner and coach (Historical European Martial arts) and berserk brings me to practice this martial arts around 10 years ago. I am still and always amazed how they make a good fighting coreography so real and so believable to fight in such high level. Miura envisioned a crazy good duel and they coreographed like crazy in this series even better than the Berserk Dynasty Warrior. Truly this is what a peak technique and high intensity battle will looks like.

Finally this absolute masterpiece is back. Thank you so so much

This is pretty kickass with the gameplay movements. I really like the use of the arm cannon. Although Guts doesn’t overuse it, having it in gameplay really looks badass but should also be only used in a pinch

Love how the original game had more versatility with Guts’ movements than the Band of the Hawk game. Still like both.

How is the zodd fight scene better in a ps2 game from 2004 then the actual anime

I've watched this 3 times a day for week

I'm convinced that Zodd is just holding back the whole time. He's faster, agile, and way stronger, and in his transformation, bro he's huge asf! He really just grabbed the Dragon Slayer and could've easily torn Guts in half right there! This game really showed just how insanely strong Guts's adversaries really are and it's blind luck that Guts is still alive! Getting rammed into a boulder and punched across the field by Zodd. How isn't he a puddle of blood at that point is beyond me. I know it's the game mechanics and story of Berserk but damn bro, Zodd is busted.

Holy shit they captured the pure action so well, the animations burst with raw energy and force it actually feels like they are going at each other with intent to kill rather than the "hitting the sword instead of the user" thing you see in media nowadays.

I watch this on 0.5 times speed cuz the sword combat animation is such a Beautiful art to see, Thinking if this isn't a video game and there was no main character, each of them are blindingly close to getting their heads and appendages chopped off

The soundtrack when guts fights zodd in his base form is very good

People mention how strong his sword is, but legit thinking about it his metal cannon arm is quite impressive not getting torn off or cut in half, it can contain a cannon blast that puts holes through giant demons that take arrows like nothing

They got a mixed up version Griffith's theme from the show. Never thought I'd hear anything like it ever in anything Berserk ever again.

Just a reminder: Guts body has such strenght build by the unnatural training with heavy weapons + intense battles through his whole life to the point that he can move almost in the speed of sound with berserker armor And the Berserker Armor only turns off your pain inhibittors and keep your body together, only that. That's how strong Guts is to go toe-to-toe against a apostle WITHOUT THE ARMOR
