She joined a talent competition show in the Philippines called Tawag ng Tanghalan. She didn’t won but after that she became more famous because of her voice and now she is starting to become an actress. She is taping her first movie called Sakalam that is not yet showed but something to look forward. She has a tough childhood and history growing up as she stated in an interview with Karen Davila that her father was divorced to her mother and life gets more tough. She is very thankful now because when she joined that talent show. Her name is known to Filipinos not just here in Phils but other countries. She is becoming successful now as a singer, a regular singer in ASAP NATIN TO a Sunday noontime TV show and that’s a brief life story of Gigi. 😊
