Cam Dempsey there is no right or wrong way to spar. You sound like an inexperienced spectator. Sparring is testing yourself and what you learned or worked on, with an opponent. Sparring is the closest level of practice before actual combat. Some prefer to go all out during this to push their body even further. Some use this as a time to just merely reflect on skill and timing. No right or wrong way to spar. Get that amateur thinking out of your head.
@MrJAMESTAKER7 жыл бұрын

@aschu2347 жыл бұрын
Definitely a right and wrong way to spar. You spar in a way that maximizes what u are gonna get out of it. If you are goin against an Green fighter and proceed to beat the crap out of him, what are you really getting out of it? You should be working defense, timing, angles etc. And, for that matter, only sparring advanced people, and going hard, will break your body down, as well as potentially killconfidence while really just learning to take a beating.

Have half the trolls in here ever step foot inside a boxing club? Better yet a ring to go let's say two, 1 min rds? I don't think so, but we get all these comparisons and records and previous bouts and promises and predictions. I get it not all who watch the sport go in the sport but I will say this, reserve your judgments, anything at anytime too anybody can happen in there, respect each fighter respect the sport till you put your work in, see what's it's like being out worked no matter what you do, or having a night where everything works. You wanna know who you are? Go join your local club put a few months in training earn your ring time, then maybe you'll appreciate what both guys are putting on the line, why the fight, you can call it money and it's part of it no doubt none of us work for free however it's much more than that to a fighter. You can't be rich till you are successful. Aside from lotto. Peace ✌🏻

man he's a great pressure fighter. he's in your face but difficult to hit flush. he suffocates you and you always fear that sooner or later he is going to hit you hard somewhere

GGG exhausted and stressed his partner out with feints and elusiveness alone for nearly the entire session. Mind games.

Where does he get his power from because he has skinny legs. Is it his wide shoulders or are his bones more dense than a normal persons
