Like Potemkin or Nagoriyuki, pretty slow, pretty risky, but huge rewards, a good design. (Most of pro players put him high tier, strong but not OP)

Like potempkin in damage and nothing else, remarkably big and fast normals, silly ambiguous cross ups and he out risk rewards nearly every character with solid hp to boot. Be careful people who puppet youtubers and don't play the game will lie to you and tell you he is bad in neutral. Be careful.

Characters that are basically guaranteed to hit you (Millia, Elphelt) are given low damage output to compensate for how guaranteed their damage is. So why the fuck is Slayer allowed to 2-shot people?

Slayer is slow, has poor range, and has terrible defense. Even a guy like Happy Chaos has an amazing backdash, but Slayer's is trash. Slayer is a knowledge check character but I expect he'll grow weaker as people get used to his stuff. He's easier to play as than he is to play against.

People still complain about him even though he's not nearly as good as far easier characters. I think a simple rebalance would suffice. Decrease the amount of burst his combo's give, slightly decrease how long it takes to guard crush shot, remove rng shot, and maybe let gun flick be performed without holstering (Make it a little easier for beginners.). Anything more and people gonna be rioting again.
