It's called a checklist card, they are used as substitutes for a double-faced card or meld cards, providing the standard card back these cards. They are used with unsleeved and thin sleeved decks so you can't see the back side of the card when it's in your deck/hand.

Please don't allow Eduardo Sajgalik to commentate again until he takes English as a Second Language (ESL) classes, and fixes his pronunciation; his commentary is distracting and dialogue is empty.

I don’t find a problem with it, I can’t even hear an accent. But please, enlighten me as to how he has a strong accent
