Rightfully explained. AI is just an extension of our cognitive abilities like a telescope or microscope enhances our vision etc. With so much information disseminated every second in this digital world, churning that info into meaningful context is what AI does (upon our will). At core, its really a complex mathematical wonder. Human conscious (or soul) is beyond our current physical understanding of the universe.

Yes, that. People read the word "intelligence" and immediately start linking it with self awareness and free will and whatnot. Fact is, we don't really know what is the root of self awareness in our minds, let alone try and extend it to machines. Science fiction movies have influenced the current generation to become a certain type of wishful ignorants.

it's not far from being conscious. Consciousness is the one of two original questions about this universe that science has failed to even know what it is. A text predictor, or simple math functions create consciousness, it is as unlikely as a random object getting consciousness

@Mr Change yaqeenan. Lekin bohat interesting capabilities hain. Some AIs are creating new code, art, even building designs which humans have never done before. New type of music, art, languages that humans never heard of. The only bit that scares me is that this is too fast. If it gets out of control, insaan roke nahin sakega.
