Most African countries are competing for 3D pictures of their cities that will never take off in the next 20 years. These kinds of projects always appear on docial media when the election is nearer to convinced the people that the government is working. Looking at these future projects, I really don't know if Ghana has the financial standing to prosecute these projects. Really, really in doubt.

Bawumia strategy. Give the work to private sector in Ghana and pay them small small unlike going for loans for one or two projects which may not be completed anyways

China! Ghana will be indebted to China for a long year to come. Even the next generation of Ghanians will continue to pay the debts for an unforeseeable future.

@adekunleyusuf, what's your point, the time value of money subscribes that a dollar today is more valuable than a dollar tomorrow, if you have any investment to make today, it's worth more than the future because the future is very unpredictable, vis a vis the risk associated with it. So any opportunity you have today should not be allowed to go.
