It is like Kalabule- which is also coined from the Hausa word Karkabude which means Don't open. Smuggling goods that has been covered during the 79 revolution so if soldiers or policemen are around , the Zongo woman or Hajia will say Karkabude. Now sakawa means when one is able to use somebody's credit card online or counterfeit one in an ATM machine, he or she says " walahi na saka cardin" which means I have been able to Insert the card - that is the transaction has gone through hence Sakawa - Inserting
