The Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development under the Ghana Secondary Cities Support Program with funding from World Bank is constructing an ultra modern 1No 60unit Locable Stores, 1No Health Post, 1 No Fire Service and Ambulance Post and 1No WC 10seater, Bath and Urinal for the Berekum East Municipality. The project is still under construction and about 80% completed. It is a very big project located on the Berekum - Drobo road old Thursday Market.
