700g fresh okro/a
250g garden eggs
2 medium size onions
Peppers
2 fresh tomatoes
Goat meat (500g)
Cow meat intestine (roundabout)
250g pommo (cow skin) /wele
2 fresh mackerel fish
100g crab
150mill of palm oil
1tbs fish seasoning
1tbs meat seasoning
1tsp of all purpose seasoning
A thumb of ginger
4-5 gloves of garlic
1tbs each aniseed, thyme
Salt

Hello sis there are almost 3 African markets in Uppsala I am not sure in knisvta the most popular one is Lord Afrique, and very close to the central Uppsala just type the name ( Lord Afrique Uppsala) on google and it will lead you. I do balance it off with Arabs shops too

Hello dear I’m Ghana banku is made with fermented corn dough and cassava dough whereas fufu is the mixture of ponded cassava and plantain ( or cocoyam)
