I'm black Dravidian (original people of South Asia). The Aryan invaders exterminated most of our people using the caste system, today we are a minority on our own land. The present Indians/South Asians who are majority mixed browns are one of the biggest anti-black group you could find. I request Africans friends stop speaking for brown/black unity or that POC crap, can we start new movement to unite all black groups like us, australians, papuans, melanasians etc.etc

Two things can be true at the same time . Ideally i would love to see african american learn Twi because when they head to Korean they break their necks to learn Korean and when they want to romance those brown girls from err.. Dominigga republic they DO learn spanish. but its only in Black nations where Black people do not feel the need to learn local language and immerse themselves in local culture. because if you gotta reconnect with your roots then at least absorb part of the customs.

@@TheGinanisque Ewe is spoken in 3 countries by about 2 millions of people. Technically yes but Ewe has the local reputation of being tricky to learn. Steep learning curve with minimal reward. whenever i hear someone speak Ewe next to me i am like "Oh they are gossiping in private". Twi is more palatable and some of it is spoken in Ivory coast as well.

Africans party in America, and when they come here ( Courtesy of the Civil Rights Movement) they don't go out of their way to learn about Blk Americans history, or support their businesses and we don't expect them to and don't care if they don't. I think many envy the fact that the descendants of Slaves in America today live better and are more influential than they are on the African Continent. And the only time they get a chance to shine is when they come to America where BLK Americans are.

What about showing interest in African and it's prospectives. I believe the Black Americans are f ing up the image of FBA in Africa. That's what it sounds like. @Andrew-gq2ot
@Andrew-gq2ot 6 ай бұрын
She knows the diaspora isn't as influential or collectively affluent as foundational Blk Americans are. But what she fails to realize is building Ghana isn't Blk Americans responsibility it's Ghanaians who have to get up off their ass and build their own country. When these Africans come to America we aren't expecting them to do anything for us to learn our history or support Blk American businesses. That's because we've relied on ourselves and didn't flee we stayed put and endured and fought back. Today they can come to America courtesy of Blk America where they benefit off Blk America's struggle. Yet they've done nothing in Ghana , Africa or the Diaspora that benefits Blk Americans.

efef6853 There is no us involved in "petty differences" our parents didn't teach us that. That's what your mothers taught you and WE ARE DONE! I respect Phil, he's a good guy. But I think he knows Black Americans are not putting up with this B.S. anymore. IT'S DONE! Africans should never have brought their TRIBALISM to Black America but you did. Those of you who now pretend ignorance saw it, and said nothing and did nothing about it because you all benefit. Now it's permeating and Black Americans have had enough. You're not a "HOUSE" and you've ALWAYS been divided and know no other way in your lands you come from. The only outliers are SOUTH AFRICANS and they are who we identity with. The rest of you are lost! You don't know how to be a tribe elsewhere if Europeans are not there to tell you who to accept and who to hate. You're not bringing this among our children! That woman knew not one Black American who went to Ghana. She was talking from pure HATE while sitting her sullen, homely behind in the U.S. where my ancestors SOLD here by ASHANTI KINGS, fought for her everything her hateful behind have access to. Her right to walk in a store, work, attend school, and live better than she ever would in GHANA came from the fight, death and sacrifice of my Black American ANCESTORS. NOT ONE AFRICAN have done ANYTHING in the U.S. to EVER benefit Black Americans! We owe you nothing brother! So there is no WE and no HOUSE! Enough is Enough!
