After enjoying incredible sunset at Narmada river, we explored this beautiful town of Maheshwar like a local. City is known for it's sarees known as Maheshwari Sarees and there are hundreds of handlooms where local weavers were making colourful sarees. We also enjoyed some traditional local food cooked at home and it was super delicious. In the end, trip can't be complete without buying sarees. Hope you are enjoying our india travel series.

Wonderful vlog !!! Had been there last June..it was such a calm n serene place.. laidback n beautiful city..had been to the maheshwar forr n loved the ambience of labooz cafe too..visited the looms ro understand the making of the maheswari silk..I too purchased 8 saris n 2 suit sets for friends n family..stayed there for 2days at Amantran..cosy it was and loved our room with the balcony n swing overlooking the beautiful river n fort of Maheshwar !!! Must visit for everyone interested in history n searching for a place to relax

How is it so bright there even after sunset? You guys did the boat ride,had food and then went saree shopping and it was still so bright outside. Meanwhile here in Germany it's all rain and grey 🙁
