And of course it will not kill you but your body system may not function properly as it can cause lot of problems inside your body and its chemical system. There are some food classifications in ayurveda and there is viruddh ahaar means opposite meal, everybody should read about it. It’s useful and valuable for everyone

@@sushmitadesai111 too cold water and too hot water are not suitable for our body as our digestion system works properly at certain temperature. That’s why in ayurvedic meal water immediately after eating is prohibited as cold water changes the temperature of our stomach which affects the digestion process of food that can cause serious health problems. Our body is machine that requires proper maintenance and service to function properly. Some food(vegetables and fruits)get digested very quickly as compared to others(meat etc) so the body need rest depending on the food we eat.
