We stayed at Taj varanasi couple of weeks ago. Their buffet was amazing including all beverages and desserts. Hospitality was best, same with oberoi hotel, Mumbai. You need to have some basic table manners and dressing sense before you go to 5 star hotels..

What is the point of taking the girl for high tea when the high tea time is over. You should have planned in advance. She would have loved the high tea experience. This was just like a tick mark that you took her to Taj.

Riza would have enjoyed the high tea buffet which has many pastries cake and bread unfortunately you guys missed that timing. Also there are many restaurants inside Taj … try Taj Shamiyana which has Indian buffet for approx 3k which is amazing spread. The coffee rates vary as per their restaurant.
