...umm ...not really....it will not be alchohol.....the fermentation that happens with fruits as substrate and without any catalytic enzyme will generate less than 7 percent ethanol...and before saturation.... the bacteria also kill themselves .....in industrial beer Saccharomyces cerevisiae bacteria is used ....and in rum vodka whiskey it is distilled and alchohol level is increased to approx. 40 per , ..... so it is not alchohol...

it means the container you used for fermentation was not sterilised! always sterilise all the containers and tubings you use for fermentation as you don't want unhealthy bacteria to produce unhealthy alcohols (though even ethanol is not healthy 😂) also this was way to bhagwan bhrose, use ginger bug or brewer yeast for controlled results

So, everything that's fermented is alcohol? Your curd, is fermented, the naan that you eat in hotels are yeast based. So, No. homemade soda is not an alcoholic beverage. Your homemade soda will contain less than 1% alcohol, compared to beer (also yeast-fermented), which contains 4%-6% alcohol. The difference is that soda is refrigerated quickly to limit the action of the yeast. So I suggest you do NOT limit your knowledge as well.

I am watching a lot of these videos. Do you know that fermentation causes both ethanol ans methanol? Methanol is highly toxic and unfit for human consumption. Ethanol is the alcohol human beings buy. This video is a risky video and youtube should moderate these videos.

there is ethanol and acetic acid formation. ethanol is less than 10% production and acetic acid about 10-12%. it depends on the fruits you use and quantity of sugar added.

Only traces of methanol present in alcohol production like this one. However if the produce was further distilled then the methanol would get concentrated which poses serious problem unless you know the process to eliminate it.

It may rot, which is another name for bacterial fermentation. A better process is to ensure that only yeast ferments the juice by manually adding the yeast. Then the higher yeast content will also prevent bacterial growth.
