Contractor pe bharosa karna matlab chor ke haath mein tijori ki chaabi dena😂. Architect is a professional who will properly plan the house depending on the customer requirements and usage. Budget also will be taken into consideration.He has to give regular visit to site to check if the work is going as per the design and quality chk.

HOW ABOUT SUPERVISION CHARGES. IT MEANS STAGE WISE SUPERVISION. EXACATION TO FINISHINGS OF THE BUILDING.

1 or 2 site visit usually are included with your package with the Architect ,more than that will cost you somewhere around 2k-3.5k per visit depending upon the Architect.
