आनंद मोहन एक गरीब परिवार से आते हैं और उनके पिता धोबी का काम लिया करते थे, जो लोगों के कपड़े धो कर और उन्हें प्रैस करके अपने घर का खर्चा चलाते थे । अनंद मोहन ने अपनी यात्रा को साझा किया, जो एक धोबी के बेटे से शुरू होकर अधिकारी बनने तक की है, यह दर्शाते हुए कि कैसे हर किसी के लिए अवसर उपलब्ध हैं, चाहे उनकी पृष्ठभूमि कैसी भी हो। उन्होंने बताया कि कैसे उन्हें बचपन में मूलभूत चीजों के लिए संघर्ष करना पड़ा। उनका परिवार इतना गरीब था कि उनके पास पूरे दिन के लिए उचित भोजन के लिए भी पैसे नहीं थे, उनके पिता कपड़े धोकर और इस्त्री करके रोजाना कमाई करते थे। अनंद हमेशा से अपनी आर्थिक स्थिति को बेहतर बनाने और अपने पिता को इस कठिन परिश्रम से मुक्त कराने का सपना देखते थे। अनंद मोहन ने जनसभाओं में भाग लेने का जिक्र किया, जहां लोग एक IAS अधिकारी के सामने अपनी चिंताएं व्यक्त कर सकते हैं, जिससे सरकारी अधिकारियों की जनता के लिए पहुंच को दर्शाया गया है। वहां से उन्हें सरकारी नौकरी पाने और अधिकारी बनने की प्रेरणा मिली। वीडियो का समापन अनंद मोहन के एक वरिष्ठ अधिकारी से फोन कॉल प्राप्त करने और उनके घर पर एक पारिवारिक समारोह में भाग लेने के साथ होता है, जिससे उन्हें अपने लक्ष्यों के लिए प्रयास करते रहने की प्रेरणा मिलती है। अंत में सरकारी नौकरी पाने के बाद उन्हें BPSC में चयनित किया गया।

He shares how he use to struggle for the basic things in his childhood. His family was so poor that they didn't even had money to eat proper meals for the full day, his father use to earn everyday by ironing the cloths and washing them. Anand always dreamt to make his financial conditions better and make his father free form this hardwork. Anand Mohan mentions attending public meetings where people can voice their concerns to an IAS Officer showcasing the accessibility of government officials to the public. From there he got motivated to get a govenment job and to become an officer. The video concludes with Anand Mohan being motivated by a phone call from a senior officer to continue striving for his goals and attending a family function at the officer's house. Finally after getting a govenment job he then got selected in BPSC.
