This worked for a second then it stopped working. After countless hours I'm about to give up. I tried to restart the process and the ghl Is no longer in the wifi setting on my phone.

How do you Do a master reset as it lots WiFi during setup and now can’t connect

Great Video 💯 is there a way to reset it if you input the wrong IP address. I accidentally put in the wrong IP address and now I am locked out of my GHL doser 2.1 I was wondering if there was a way to reset it to the factory settings

@@kingsk23 You would need to connect to the unit via USB and use the PC software if you placed the wrong IP or if you left the hotspot on reconnect to the hotspot. There is a factory reset steps but you would need to put in a support ticket with GHL who would take you through those steps.

Hey, thanks so much for making this video. What IP address do you use to create the static IP? Is it the exact same IP address as your wifi network? Or do you modify the last part of it to create its own unique IP? Thanks in advance.

It would not be the exact IP of your Wifi Router, as your not allowed to duplicate an IP Address. So for example my IP router is 192.168.0.254 with a subnet of 255.255.255.0, I tell people to minus 10 from the IP of the router so 192.168.0.244, with a subnet of 255.255.255.0 with a default gateway of your router of 192.168.0.254 and with a DNS of 4.2.2.1.

i not find the wifi from the doser,i just buy it second hand,how to do?

Do you know if they defaulted the Doser when they gave it to you? it may have already had the hotspot turned off for you to configure. If this is the case, you would need to use the legacy Desktop Windows Application and connect to it via the USB port. Or contact support and ask if their another way to default the device.
