The song won Ghost a Grammy award in 2015. They've been nominated a few times since, but have not won again. Tobias has said that the song is about manipulation, and is supposed to be cautionary - whether its from religion or other people who try to convince young people that they (and they alone) really understand what they are going through.

Heyyyy - nothing like a little light faux-Devil music! These guys have built themselves *quite* a band mythology, including several "singer changes" (not really 😉). In fact, they've hot a concert movie coming out next month, to tell the next chapter! Hah! Rock on, EWG! 🤘😎👍
