I wish there a full low key version of the song like this

Fun fact: Daiki Tsuneta, a leader and composer of this band(Millennium Parade) is the same as that of King Gnu, famous for the theme songs of anime Jujutsu Kaisen such as Specialz, Ichizu,and Sakayume. He also participated in anime Kick Back sung by his close friend Kenshi Yonezu, the theme song of Chainsaw Man, as a co-producer and bassist. While making Jpop-ish rock music with King Gnu, he's making more hardcore alternative rock music with this band(MP), with the theme of "the sound of Tokyo seen from the world".

Props for having a creditless opening. Too bad it's that short, the animation has kid of a hypnotizing effect.

Two things ghost in the shell has always done well that keeps me coming back to the series: 1. Stunning artwork in their opening and ending songs. 2. Killer music for aforementioned scenes.

This opening still Sooo beautiful!!!! Motoko falling, the synth and gorgeous singing with the slow beat is Sooo cool and hits the emotions! The turning shots were mesmerizing!! And I think the instrument used was a more modernized Organ!! It was Soo good!!

The only bad thing about the series is that most of the daytime scenes lack a lot of Ambient shadows, thats what threw most people off and made them say that the show has ps2 graphics, but the show is really good, lots of great animation and facial expressions, 3D was the right call for the type of show they were going for but i feel like they released the teaser a bit too early, since the show does look vastly better than the teaser footage

First time I watched this opening I was super high. Then I started watching this series only being high. Now every time I see this opening I get high just by watching it.

This was such a sensational and mesmerizing opening!!! I loved it Soo much!! The mountain terrain transitions were so realistic and breathtaking, and Especially the synthesizer was Soo cool and reminded me of the synth in Yasuke's opening music!! SAC_2045's music was really good!!

Not gonna lie, I did not expect season two of SaC_2045 to pick up so well in comparison to the... meh-ish season 1. Also both closing and opening melodies are a definite step up.

I love this song, I loved the entire serie, I'm only a little bit perplex with the ending of season 2. I wonder if it has season 3 planned. I'm sure this is not the goal of the song, but I think when you read the lyrics, it can be understood in a perverse way.

I still prefer the more female version from SAC_2045 anime's opening that has _"in the Daaark For-eest..."_ as lyrics towards the end but the landscapes are still soo mesmerizing and gorgeous... I’d like to hear the original song remixed and done the way Netflix had it made for the show

Anyone notice the opening audio is far better than the actual songs audio. For some reason the actual artists song has far worse quality in production. The instruments and vocals are so smushed it sounds sorta like all the layers were compressed together. :/

People weren't happy with millennium parade for the first opening, but they turned out to be the right choice because, damn, this is just phenomenal. Fits perfectly with Inner Universe. Then you go back and listen to the other, and you start to get that one too.

Honestly one of the worst anime intros I have seen. Visuals had nothing to do with the anime. Also the song was all buildup with no payoff.

I always hated this animation style, but for some reason this show is so good I can bare the weird animation. The story carries it and sometimes the CGI is appropriate for some scene. Facial expressions are still terrible
