You don't know me. But our sisters had neighboring rooms. I remember the waiting room. I remember watching you cry as you praised Jesus as our sisters fought for their lives. Thankyou for being you. Walking thru a lot of painful loss. Death, toxic friends, and realizing I've been loved by the same people for years with a hand over my heart and a knife to my back... somehow this brings a sense of closure. Thank you 💖 God is using your voice to speak the words my heart fails to find.

Genoveve them notes you hit at 2:12 are such a amazing combination. It is my favorite part of the song. I watched your video about your sister and I was so touched by you two and your family and your love and faith for Jesus! Your family is an inspiration of how I want my wife and children to feel toward there savior. Your parents are doing such a wonderful job with you guys I just know that God is so pleased and is smiling down on them!!! You will see your sister in a readeamed glory before you know it and probably standing right beside Jesus 😊

@@Damatovg I don’t want her wallowing in pain for the rest of her life. It seems like she can’t sing anymore without someone bringing that up. Almost like they want her to still be hurting just like it happened yesterday. I would like to think that eventually the pain ebbs and turns to being able to think of just sweet memories with her sis and the happy times they had. And again, every song she sings feels like a piece of her heart. Always has. Predating the accident.

So very touching and understandable cover you've made, Genavieve. ❤ We all understand the loss and the absence of our loved ones, especially what happened to your sister back in 2019. I've been there before since I lost my grandpa as well back in 2016. And now, this song, although reminds us of them, we still carry on as they are now home with God.
