I’m so excited for the black and white mode, the idea of playing something that looks so much like a Kurosawa film is great, but the game looks so beautiful with all the colours kept in.

Can't wait for this game! I'm going to play through it in English being a dishonourable sneaky boy first, then do a second playthrough being honourable with the Japanese language and movie filter on.

This is a work of art. Sucker Punch is such an underrated dev for going above and beyond with the cultural and landscape details.

I do miss the “Way of the Samurai” series but this will most definitely do!

Infamous was a game I played in 2012 when I got my first console, a PS3. I'm excited to be able to play another game from Sucker Punch this time to experience GOT at launch with a community of gamers alike. It hands down has the potential of being another great addition to PlayStation's Exclusive lineup.

yo that sound tip makes insane perfect sense. The wind, the birds chirping and the flowing river sounds are so peaceful and calming as you play. it really makes you just lose time as you play

I thought they said you didn’t have to stick to one style so you could be an assassin when needed and an honorable samurai when you want.

They did a good job of giving you access to numerous stances and weapons, allowing you switch between almost everything on the fly, without pausing the game or going to a menu. However, this also gives it one of the most convoluted control schemes I've ever seen. You have four sword stances, two bows each with their own ammo, bombs and multiple quick throw items like kunai, all of which you can use in a split second, provided you remember the combination of buttons to do it.

I'm still gonna buy it so 😂😂 no matter what the video says

Stealth all the way. As much as the honorable combat seems fun, being a Ghost seems incredible. Might have to vary encounters depending on the situation. I love the art direction in this game. Cannot wait to play it.

As a trophy enthusiast I'm always wary of the "play the way you want" line. Because for the platinum it most likely always means a playthrough this way and a playthrough that way. Now in the case of this game, I don't think I'll mind if it is so.

This is indeed a work of art. I don't care if it's 200gb as long as it looks this good on my PS4 Pro.

The toughest decision will be whether to play honorably or as the ghost. Looks like more than 1 playthrough for me.

This game will be hands down a 10/10. I hope it gets game of the year.

Depending on how long the game is, I'd definitely play it twice through. First with English audio, normally the way it was intended to be played then the second time with Japanese audio in the Black and white mode

Already pre ordered this. I’m gonna do my first playthrough honorably, no stealth.

I really just cannot wait to play this game, this game is what made me love the original AC games, pure stealth and combat only if needed, but they’ve gone far far away from that, and definitely missed the boat on feudal Japan. The 17th cannot come fast enough.

So I'm totally getting it but I do worry if it'll be weirdly shallow. I'm so burntout with "go to the icon, do the thing" games.

I LOVED that original Way of the Samurai. I bet it doesn't hold up well at all so thankfully we got a new kickass Samurai game to fill that samurai hole in my heart.

Why didn't they use the same VA for both dubs for Jin? I don't mind Kazuya, but hearing he'll always be primarily Zoro in my head. Having Tsuji voice Jin for both dubs is a good way to distinct him.

Has anyone ever heard a fox when they laugh? It's quite endearing! The Samurai Cinema mode had very recently been given the blessing-of Kurosawa's estate to name it "Kurosawa Mode." What an amazing honor for Sucker Punch and Sony!

I saw a statue which was in Spiderman. It was in the museum of Fisk which had a puzzle to solve so you can open a door.

I can't see playing less than 3 playthroughs of this gem of a game. Honorable style, Ghost style, and black and white cinematic. This could be a 200 hour + monster....and I can't wait.

I feel like they haven’t done nearly a good enough job at promoting this game. Barely any trailers, only one real showcase of gameplay in the last year, not enough information on the game put out, and we’re only a week away from release ! For anyone who doesn’t regularly follow game news, they likely don’t even know this game exists
