It does feel surprising that the same people who made this game made Sly Cooper and Infamous. Then again, it only shows how talented the developers are and what they are capable of.

Just the enemy ragdoll physics after the death animation, a soft body collision system, and procedural dismemberment added to the engine would have made this game replayable for me over and over again. Hoping the next game does these things. Along with new stealth-like mechanics like killing and dragging bodies, grappling hook kills etc. This game is damn near PERFECTION!!!

In 1281, the Mongols would launch another invasion of Japan. This time with an even larger fleet. The Mongol forces landed on the island of Kyushu at Hakata Bay and fought several engagements against the Samurai. The Samurai for their part responded by launching raids on boats out to the Mongol ships, boarding them and killing their crews. If they do a sequel to Ghost of Tsushima, my guess is that it would be placed in and around Hakata Bay, with Jin and his supporters doing the ship boarding stuff while the Samurai fight the Mongols on the beaches of Hakata Bay.

The eagle thoughts felt like a major deterrent to the combat flow by being excessively intrusive, agreed that was the intention. Felt overboard killing the charm of smooth flowing combat style.

The great part about this is that this dlc can be played at anytime once you unlock chapter 2. Playing it before completing the main story gives you a unique experience. Since the dlc has connections with the main story, while you are playing the main story it gives you chance to have a way more fleshed out character of Jin and a lot more.

You get it by finishing a main iki story quest. The variant you are talking about will be found in your samurai clan armor that you got at the beginning of the main story from Lady Masako.
