Seems like I got the characters mixed up, looks like that was Blackheart, not Mephisto. My bad everyone, kinda wish the game made that more clear since the final boss pretty much had no development and appeared at the end of the game without even a mention. Shout out to Hulk rules290 for over seeing my error which allowed me to fix it.
