It actually hasn't closed since their 2018 tour. The second two legs of the Prequelle tour following that closed with other songs than Monstrance Clock.

And.......? They're theatrically Satanic. That panel is reminiscent of the famous painting "Saturn Devouring His Son" or the Hell portion of "The Garden of Earthly Delights". It's just art to set the tone.
