A look at the lost railway line running from Kings Lynn to Hunstanton in Norfolk! Some pretty big changes. I hear plans are afoot for a possible reversal? Calling at North Wootton, Wolferton, Dersingham, Snettisham, Heacham and Hunstanton!

I travelled this line with my siblings and parents on many ocassions for our annual holiday. We then walked to Old Hunstanton passed the wreck to the lighthouse. Thanks for posting. I'm now viewing a freight train in Missouri US. such is the wonders of modern technology.

This was wonderful. So many memories I wish they still had this line open, I hate having to get a taxi from Kings Lynn. This was a much prettier journey to make. Thanks so much for doing this

I love these videos. A great concept, beautifully produced and backed with some lovely music. BTW My Mum tells me that I travelled this line in my pushchair in the guard's van when only a few months old. Wish to goodness that I could remember it.

Its a shame Hunstanton lost such a grand hotel - I imagine it was demolished fairly soon after the station closed?

Yes that too .im guessing the holiday trade for the hotel dwindled during the 60s and 70s so had no further use ..thanks again for a great vid

Would be great if they had this now a days instead of those shitty buses that run once every hour (be lucky if they even turn up then) I miss Norfolk, but being near London now makes me realise how good public transport should be
