I accidentally stumbled across the Ghostbusters Fire House last time I was in NY, and it was one of the most pleasant surprises I’ve ever had (I was walking with my head down, saw the logo on the sidewalk, and then looked up in shock).

Fire Station No.23 Los Angeles built in 1910, was used for interior shots. The Mask, Police Academy 2, Flatliners, Lost Highway, Firehouse and National Security.

Holy crap, I was just at that fire station a couple weeks ago. When I was there they had the fires door open and they actually have the sign they mounted out front for Ghostbusters 2 inside. LOL

Not only was it Home Alone, but the movie Eloise, too.

Just a few days ago, there was a ceremony to rename 63rd street to Sesame Street (just at 63rd and Broadway) near Sesame Workshop (where my wife works) You were very close! Another spot I enjoy is the childhood home of Groucho Marx. Really cool to see familiar sights through your lens; you made quite a trek!

Justin you should go to Denver, stay at the Brown Palace Hotel or the Capitol Hill Bed & Breakfast, and walk around and see cool sites like the capitol building, the Molly Brown House Museum, the Croke-Patterson mansion, and a bunch of other stuff!

I went just over a month ago and the crew had the door open so you could see in side. They had the ghostbusters sign up, but other then that it was just a normal firehouse. They were however selling firehouse t shirts with the ghost busters image on it. Of course we bought the shirts and took photos..

We were just there at the end of March. We ate dinner at a place called Ninja New York. I forgot about the Ghostbusters firehouse, which is only a few blocks from there. I am sad now that I missed out.

Thanks for sharing and going there so i never have to. LOL.
