The lights, the spring-opening trap, the wheels that roll, the stickers & paint apps…this I knew and loved, but I didn’t know the knobs actually turn, what a great yet ridiculous perk! I can’t wait to get one soon…I’ll have to buy on eBay I’m in Japan

For $25 US, it's a great deal, considering that Spirit Halloween's ghost trap is now twice the price at $50.

I have the AMC ghost trap popcorn bucket and fits lights rolls and comes with a transparent purple plastic that fits in the opening between the doors to make it look like the popcorn is being tucked into the trap I have to say I like it more than the regal trap

I agree. I have the AMC one as well. It definitely looks way better than the regal and holds more popcorn too. I like the idea of it lighting from inside.. though I wished the had a switch on top vs underneath. Though it's not something that couldn't be modded

The Regal popcorn bucket is so nice! I originally wanted the AMC one, but the Regal one was much less expensive. My mom plans to use it for her Ghostbuster cosplay.

I got the Regal Ghost Trap and my wife thought I was crazy for getting one. However, it looks really nice in my Ghostbusters collection right beside my Back to the Future collection. I was amazed at the level of detail for a popcorn bucket. No popcorn or butter will ever touch my ghost trap! LOL

The only thing I'd add to the popcorn trap is a removable thin plastic liner from the inside. Kind of like a flimsy rectangular cereal bowl. It could be easily slipped out for washing in the sink or dishwasher, that kind of thing

I wore the Regals ghost trapped during the premiere and I have to say Regal surprised the hell out of me there goes trap to me is way better than the one at AMC it looks a lot like the original not to mention the price for it is very reasonable I loved it very much a very good deal

The Midsummer Knight's Dream company has already been doing shoulder-mounted toys ("Woodbabies") like that for years! Only, theirs are PUPPETS, and they don't really do IPs. But seriously; check them out! (I still want that mini-Puff though.) =)

The trap bucket is mostly a 9/10. Not crazy about the battery compartment placement though. Feel like that could've been hidden either inside or underneath.

I’m in Tokyo I thought Japan would only get the usual small trinkets and T-shirts and such, but to my surprise they have the Ecto-1 popcorn containers, I’m getting mine tomorrow I’m still shocked!

With the stickers on it, i wouldn’t want to use water & soap all over it

Stickers make it tricky, and with electronics inside, I wouldn't recommend putting it in water. I used alcohol wipes on the interior and the doors, making it look as good as new.
