I hope the new movie considers this game canon. It was written by Dan Aykroyd and Harold Ramis and Aykroyd has said for years that as far as he was concerned the game was the third film. As for the game... I want the grey Ghostbusters 2 uniforms and the Real Ghostbusters uniforms.

ONLY criticism I have... should have shown some of the upres-ed gameplay rather than the pre-rendered cutscenes

They probably aren't ready to show off gameplay just yet. Plus very few games use prerendered cutscenes anymore. This is most likely being rendered real time when it was recorded.

Tbh it's not that bad. The store itself is a bit of a pain and I don't respect their business model but it's not degrading the game experience in any way (unless ofc your an achievement Hunter or smthn in which case F)

I remember seeing the trailer for this game and didn't even know what Ghostbusters was. Almost a decade later I'm a huge fan and played the Wii version of this game growing up. I wouldn't actually mind if I got the main console version that I never got to play. All the more reason to buy it for me

New Ghostbusters 2 on NES is also an awesome Ghostbusters game. It wasn’t released in the US, but that’s the Ghostbusters game I knew when growing up. This remaster looks awesome though, didn’t play the PS3 version

Would be badass if the cut bosses got added back in. The ghost shark dragging around the fisherman, and the reanimated t-rex skeleton that only the cartoony version got. The ghost luchador in the graveyard, would also be cool if the added in a multilayer where you could team up with other rookies to fight through classic animated events like the trolls on goldengate, the sand man, the boogie man, and so much more ^^ Idw comics has written so much they could work with
