Yes, Kieran is broken btw,his mother died at a young age and he loved, abandoned by his father so he could partake in the partying lifestyle. This left Kieran totally alone with no one loving him or guiding him and by that point his love for the human race had all but vanished, in season 2 he was further fueled by the death of Piper who he also loved very much

Kieran isn't broken, dude. He's Pure Evil. Check the Pure Evil Wiki. Kieran was implied to have killed his mother and step-dad. Also, he didn't love Piper. He was obsessed with her and he even states that he killed with her to fulfill his sadistic tendencies. Not out of genuine care.

@@PHANTOM_EDITS- What are you talking about, this is my personal opinion based on the second season I recently watched. firstly, his phrase "they threw Piper out like garbage and my father abandoned me and I wanted revenge, but Piper showed me that just killing is much more fun, it is much better to do it with someone, sharing the moment of killing a person with another is a delight" (literally an admission that there is no motive, he is simply crazy). second, he dug up the corpse of his beloved and kept it in the basement, replacing her heart with a pig's one just to mock Emma and said that Piper no longer meant anything to him, and the motive of revenge for her was obviously just an excuse third, he is incredibly cruel, he killed the mayor of the city, tortured his victim (Jake) all day, cut off Seth’s hand and burned it with an iron, gutted Jake and poured his organs directly onto Brooke, killed almost all of Emma’s acquaintances and friends, literally mocked his cousin Illai (when he fell in love, Kiran took his girlfriend away from him, it is possible that he could have arranged the accident of his parents himself, since he also spoke about this as a dummy. The fourth most of the things that he did had nothing to do with the fact that his father abandoned him or because of the murder of Piper, he obviously did it because he wanted to do it, he is a real monster who was always watching Emma to see her despair. I'm not trying to say that Kieran is a bad character, on the contrary, I really liked him, it's crazy and makes him cool

Calling Billy pure evil while he cried when he told his motive. Billy became a psychopath because of a divorce in the family (Yes, everyone goes through such a period differently, but since Billy loved his mother, it means that her absence completely affected his personality). Yea he's also pure evil(bc killed innocent people and started the killing spree)

No he loved Piper so that's why he killed with her. She filled the hole of affection in his life that he never received. Their love for revenge on their parents is what bonded them together. Also it's not sure if he directly or indirectly killed his mother. In conclusion Kieran needed help but got it in the worst way possible with his relationship with Piper.

@@DarthEqualizer No, Kieran himself disregards the notion when Emma asks if he loved Piper, and he scoffs at the word love and says, "to kill with someone, now that's a real bond, isn't it?” While he wanted to avenge his lover/boss figure, he did it only because he feels as though he lost the feeling of getting to share a love of killing with someone. Also, even if he loved Piper initially (which is proven false), this is subverted as he only was obsessed with Piper and did it out of worship instead of genuine love, not to mention he had a shrine of Piper in the orphanage and dug her body from her grave, in order to cut her stomach open to insert a pig’s heart inside. Also, his care for his mother is never shown in the series. He is implied to have killed his mother and stepfather. Something that is hinted at and even his actor thinks so too.
