I love this wave. I just don’t have the variant brainiac. I heard people compare the armor to war hammer. I put the armor on multiple Superman figures, Darth Vader, Lex Luthor, Darth Malgus, the rock black Adam, necas Homelander and some other figures. The cod piece can stay on with some sticky tack at the back. The armor being removable to put on different figures is great selling point I looked forward to when first seeing the figures.

Nice job. And now that you showed how well that head works on the return of Superman body I'm sure we'll see that happen since Todd really loves to use that body for everything. We get these days. Actually since you even showed the armor fits well on that body Todd was probably like crap I could have reused that body again and I didn't even think about the armor fitting on that body. what a missed opportunity.

honestly that headsculpt with some repaint kinda fixes Hush Superman

I was excited when I found Platinum Earth-2 Supes. His design is cool and while the paint is a bit lacking the armor really makes up for it. Also while I don’t completely love the look of the cape, it does feel nice to hold. Unfortunately I've been hit with the worst qc I've ever seen. The neck ball is incredibly tight. So tight in fact that when I tried to take the head off I ended up pulling the entire neck off the torso. Hips going forward and back are also really tight and on one of them the socket for the outward motion pops right out. Fixable but quite disappointing. Oh well, on the bright side this makes giving him a wired cape marginally easier

I think it would be cool if you went back and re-reviewed older figures with the new system.

Another cool headswap is the digital blue repaint batman head on the superman body, it looks like a super man buster type suit for batman, the mask fits really nice and the colors kinda match too!

I like how tall this figure is but I really don't like how most of the height is in the legs, it just gives it more of a heavily disproportionate quality than usual.

I wish the headsculpt wasn't so ugly and looked more like the one on the cover art of the comic.

I really wish McFarlane made this figure 20 years ago. Can you imagine how good it would look if it wasn’t just a giant hunk of unpainted plastic?

I think this version of superman and the armor makes it look like a toy.. Myself as a collector.. I would want something a bit less gigantic and ridiculous. I guess some will love it and others like myself will think this is just silly.

I'm going to pass on this. The depiction of the character art wise is one thing, but in physical form it'd horrible.

This overly detailed costume isn’t for me, but good for those folks that like it. I’m really taken back by those endlessly long legs and clown shoes. The proportions are very jarring when you see him along side other figures.

Another fantastic video. Really enjoying the new rating layout. Using PP head on Ultraman has more of a feel of the DC animated film. However, you ruined me, as now all I see is Kurt Russell. 😂
