सुबह उठ कर खड़े होने में कुछ सेकेंड बहुत दर्द होता है। चार कदम चलने पर फिर ठीक से चल पति हूं। धरती पर मैं कई साल से बैठ नहीं पाई हूं। सीढ़ी बड़ी मुश्किल से चढ़ती हूं। कोई सहारा दे तभी मुश्किल से सम्भव हो पाता है। मेरी उम्र 69 वर्ष है। इसके अतिरिक्त मुझे और कोई व्याधि नहीं है। मेरा वज़न 65 किलोग्राम है। दो दिन से आपकी बताई exercise कर रही हूं। कुछ तो फायदा महसूस कर रही आई।

Dosto .today I couldn't't flex my leg, there is loose bone inside knee because of osteoarthritis... And degenerative ACL... BUT AFTER THIS EXERCISE REALLY I GOT RELAX....THANK U SIR....

Dear sister, try moringa powder with lots of sunlight exposure (min 1 hour - in batches is also OK). Change your diet to satvic food. You will get videos on KZfaq. Thank you..

I m doing this exercise from last 10 day ,so much effective and no pain and no noise in my left knee and my right knee is improving day by day. Jinko problem h vishvash ke sath kare fayda hoga. And please add chuna in your diet

Amazing exercises !! Was suffering from knee pain for the last 3 months, and practiced these exercises only 3 times for 1 day and got relief from knee pain, today is 2nd day and I don't even feel that I had knee pain.

Namaskar dr. Im from chandigarh and 66 yrs. old. Beacause of knee pain and swelling, iv started these exercises 3 days back only and feeling little better. Will continue throughout.
