In this episode of Pleasantview: The Next Generation, we're playing Gia Caliente - daughter of Nina Caliente and Don Lothario. She's all grown up and graduated from college, starting her own life and career. But life has many surprises in store for her - including an engagement and pregnancy!

I know it makes sense in the game mechanics, but the idea of being promoted from a paramedic to a nurse to a doctor instead of them being distinct expert fields is hilarious to me 😂

This was a really cute episode! Excited to see Gia and Ivan starting their lives together. It was also funny that Goopy and Bobby were hanging out together in the background a lot this episode. The bromance is alive and well.

Gia Caliente is CANON. I've had to restart pleasantview like 5 times now and there is ALWAYS a gia! Cindy you are the queen of pleasantview and this video couldn't have come at a better time for me and my mental health. truly appreciate you so much.

Ohhh I can't tell you just how much it makes me happy that you're playing the sims again! My heart is so happy!! I watch your videos every single day, because I love you and your videos. Still sobbing about Fabien and Kevin. But I love seeing these kids growing up all the way from babies to adults. Pleasantview is a loooooooong series but I love every second of it!

I've found the pacifier symbol at 11:37 is pretty much a dead giveaway that the sim who brings it up is pregnant. Only once have I had a sim "chat" about it without being true, but may have picked it up as "gossip" from someone who was.

Assuming you can find room somewhere, you can help Gia get her mechanical skill with the career reward, which is definitely available at level 4. That's the level Don starts at, and I'm trying to remember whether he's made any progress in this series. I wonder whether Gia, as a fortune Sim, will end up surpassing him before long.

I don't know! But I realized this too when I was editing. I'm worried something happened with the banking mod. Maybe I took it out and put back in for some reason? Not sure, but I still have my notes from last round, so I'll correct it in the next episode.

So glad to see an update to this series as always. Do you still have the death by childbirth mod? It would be a shame if that happened to Gia and her baby got left alone in the flophouse. Just something to consider, I usually move my pregnant sims with someone just in case that happens.

Loved watching the sims 2 playthrough this was the first play though for the sims 2 that I've seen and I can't wait to see more playthoughs!! The Sims 2 has been my favorite Sims series that I've played and enjoyed all the expansion packs for it it was the first series that I bought all the expansion packs for when they were released loved going to Best Buy to purchase them!! Do you play the Sims 2 on a PC and it just runs without having to change any screen resolution or anything?

Btw I believe she uses the Ultimate Collection which contains all expansions and stuff packs into one, so some things like the locations you have to set your game to might be different
