Giant Breeding pythons (RETIC) Almost Get Me & Daughter

Wasn't so sure it was going to work out so well for me lol Let's just say this giant Retic definitely showed us how great she is at protecting her eggs😅 Breeding pythons can get a little wild as you can see! By selective breeding its amazing what kind of beautiful baby reticulated pythons ,we get to hatch out of the eggs that I can successfully save. it was wild when i ran to the other side of the reptile zoo to see the gators were excited about the clutch to !🤣I think I need to do a reptile room tour and show all of you my reptile collection soon.

I have a fm KSB too!! She’s called Sandy around 6 yrs old, 2ft n is a nightmare to feed atm… I think it’s cause It’s pretty cold here in the uk…. I say that because my 2 Hognose’s (a 3ft 3yr old fm called drama Queen n an 18month old M called Jack A**) r being complete nightmares to eat too atm… Normally Drama is a complete pig n has never missed a meal up until this winter lol xxx

That crawling up the back is another feeling you go you gonna be nice or naughty. Though i dont think can come in February i am nowhere where i wanna be. So will work threw all my enclosures. I will get there this year. I do need to earn the right to have a good vacation the pets come first.

I'm 55 and love to learn. I'm terrified of snakes but after watching and learning I almost think I could hold a tamer snake. That being said, are snakes sort of like dogs? Some are not vicious and would not bite while others tend to bite for one reason or another? I'm not really afraid of any animal other than snakes.

Bloody and painful 😖 if you got tagged good enough! It would also depend upon whether it was a feeding response bite which would typically be worse or a defensive bite which usually isn't as bad 😊 I've been bit before by a mainland reticulated python and my hand 👏was a bloody mess and numb for a month after the bite!
