Amazing - always appreciating the videography/photography skills you both have. Absolutely amazing. I remember when Discovery channel was good - and you're as good or better with everything you do! Appreciate all the underwater and drone shots and the editing that must take you so much time and effort, likely sometimes when out to sea surviving. Good on ya!

I wish Fran knew how much Aussies love Italian accents and Italian/Australians ! Their contribution to Australian culture has been MASSIVE 👍 I'd choose the mud crab, because there's about twice as much meat per catch.

Strick has it right. Crayfish is a 10, but crab claws are the only 11 that I know. Love you guys!

At 9 my dad took us all to a wonderful seafood restaurant and I had lobster(Maine) with melted butter. I declared loudly that this was MY FAVORITE FOOD!!! At around 12, in a run down looking Japanese restaurant in NY City and I had Tempura Shrimp. OMG! OMG! OMG! It was just as delicious! Two peak experiences. I love seafood!

I pick the crab over the crayfish as well. Crab is probably my favorite seafood. I personally think crays are a bit overrated. They are good, but not the same tier as crab.

Never had mudcrab, but if it tastes like dungeness there's nothing in the world quite as good. As always, thanks to you both so much for sharing these bits of your adventure with us.

I think they would both be sweet, tasting and very succulent but now I know you’re out there in the middle of nowhere but melted butter for dipping. That’s how we eat Maine lobster here in the US.

I would never even think of eating a mud crab, but I have to admit, it looks delicious!

Wow. I’m in amazement on how you cook that crab and lobster.

Muddys have always been my favourite since I first started cooking them in the restaurant I worked in as a teenager. Caught by the locals on the south coast of NSW, sweeter and more tender than lobster. Oh, I love lobster too.
