Wholesome content! 😌 Earlier in the year, Checo Perez asked fans to design his helmet for this year's Mexico City Grand Prix. The winning designer, Karla Lozano, got to see her winning design come to life, including a giant scale helmet driving around Mexico City, and meeting Checo in the pit lane ahead of the weekend.

El diseño de este casco ha sido uno de mis favoritos, sobre todo por el Xoloitzcuintle, ya que forma parte de nuestras raíces y según la creencia guiaban a las almas de los fallecidos en su travesía al Mictlán. Lamentablemente no fue un buen resultado, pero yo no me bajo de la checoneta. Vamos Checo!

So when is Red Bull going to allow drivers to fully design their helmets without the gigantic Red Bull logo on it? Just a little logo on the front (like this one) would be enough. Like...it's not very hard to miss in what car they drive and their suits have Red Bull all over it .. let the helmets be their own.
