Down here in Australia, Chicken Parmigiana is a staple food at every pub you go to, usually served with chips or salad. Its an awesome meal and a clear favourite beside the steak options.

My daughter doesn't take well to new foods, but when I described chicken parmesan as 'chicken pizza' she totally went for it.

In Argentina we do the chicken like that.. Here is called "milanesa" and we add cheese sometimes but most times is muzzarella

After the 15 pound prime rib challenge I really don’t think there is a volume challenge Joel can’t beat. He may get beat on a really extreme time challenge (very rare) but volume-wise I don’t see him losing a challenge. The only volume challenge I’ve seen him lose was a ridiculous sushi challenge.

I know you've got this in the bag, but I just wanted to say, if that pasta was hot, you could try putting it on the plate next time that way it can air out a little quicker. The little voice in my head was just begging you to put it on the plate lol

I'm from South Australia, most pub's/ restaurant's offer a beef/ veal Parm aswell, but it's pretty much a cut of any meat (some do pork aswell) made into a schnitzel then you add marinara sauce and melted cheese usually served with a side of salad and fries , it's a favourite in our house, I usually cheat and use a jar of store brought Bolognese sauce when I cook it at home 😊 love your videos ❤️

Nothing is better than parmigiana ! I love Eggplant Parmigiana but chicken is awesome too! TY Joel for understanding how important a good Italian pasta sauce is. Sadly few people understand how dense and heavy pasta or spaghetti is to eat! Then add the beautiful thick sauce cooked perfectly and lastly the protein, you’re having a massive amount of calories to consume! It’s one reason Italian Americans served it! They could stretch their small $$ to feed all enough to feel good! The meat was for Sunday or whenever company visited. Joel have you ever had hard boiled eggs in the suga or sauce. They would make hard boiled eggs and let the company have the beef/pork/veal mixture meatballs. Now ironically we fight over the hard boiled egg and take the beautiful meat balls for granted lol. So happy you enjoyed the food. The Italian dishes are amazing and delicious. However being from Texas I equally enjoy Mexican cuisine, Tex mex cuisine and our famous BBQ with the salt/pepper and smoke allowing the true beef flavors to shine through. We’ve grown to appreciate pork too. However, have you experienced well cooked goat? Texas around central and west Texas are probably the best chefs to make this meat sing . TY for all your eating skills and knowledge of ingredients. You describe all well. Many of us will never get to Florida for the beautiful Puerto Rican food, it Canada for the beautiful sushi experience . But we do experience it with you thanks to your amazing detailed descriptions!
