I have watched a lot of videos on the fg knot, and you were the only one that had the camera on your view and did things slow and repeated what you were doing over and over. I'm just getting into bass fishing and only 6 months into really fishing. The best video I have watched and most helpful. I also watched the video on the Alberto knot you did and have that down now. Thanks

Justin you are getting instant hits on big mullet. I fish the Jupiter inshore area, the snook here spook so easily. Great video. 👍
@CountyLine_Charters
@CountyLine_Charters 3 жыл бұрын
That's how the fish in Jupiter used to respond everyday too until a million people from all over started coming to try and catch them. Now they are spooky and unresponsive most of the time. Enough people start fishing those fish up there the same thing will happen.

Brother that is an absolutely colossal snook! I caught one that was almost 46" one day on the sand flats by Bullfrog Creek in Riverview, but I'll probably never see another one like that in my lifetime as I live near Pittsburgh and I only get to visit home every few years or so. My whole immediate family still lives there and I'll be down there next month for my 40th birthday, so I'm really hoping to do quite a bit of saltwater fishing while I'm there.

Hi Justin, I’m from Florida now, but when we use large menhaden, aka bunker or pogies to you for large striped bass, we are a bridle rig with the circle hooks, this way you have the whole circle hook exposed and able to get a better hook set, that would be ideal for big mullet, google it or if you need I can try and send you what we use , you can make them yourself in minutes

For those of you who have never felt the pull (drag locked down) of a 40"+ snook, it's insane. I'm a 220lb dude standing on dry land and I still lose. I can't imagine being on a geenoe and tugging brother that's crazy!

Once you've been Snook fishing you get schooled in a hurry ! My first time out in February 2021. And i had a blast ! Got beat on the first two hooked but the third one made it in the boat ! 34 inch snook and took all of a half hour to land it !

It aint that hard to land a 40 inch snook done it on a 3k with 15 pound braid 😂
@hookedonthebay3890
@hookedonthebay3890 2 жыл бұрын
@@Jetty.bum7 Me too I've actually done it many many times on a 2000 reel, 15lb braid and 25lb leader. But in tight quarters with a ton of stricture it's very hard and you need to finesse it if you don't have heavy gear.
