I'm 72 years old and feel rejuvenated by the absolutely brilliant music of Giant Rooks. Haven't been this excited about a band since Jefferso Airplane's album Surrealistic Pillow was released in 1965!

you are amazing and you always will be. bright lies is the most special song for me, it always meant a lot for me because the lyrics "i'll leave my broken bones in the desert" reminds me my grandpa's death because he had a lung cancer when he died and before he died he fell to the ground and broke his bones, then he died after night. and it was the first song i heard from giant rooks and when i heard that song my grandpa died after a week so yeah it always meant a lot for me and this version makes it even more valuable for me

Es ist ein verdammter Wahnsinn was in den letzten 7 Jahren passiert ist. Eure Lieder haben sich sich verändert und weiter entwickelt, ihr haut ein neues Album raus und danach gleich noch Life tapes. Ich liebe die "alten" Songs, Bright Lies, gehört definitiv dazu. Die neuen Songs finde ich auch mega! Mega anders und doch wunderschön. Danke das es euch gibt, ich denke ich darf hier im Namen aller Fans schreiben, wenn ich schreibe, dass wir euch lieben und extrem dankbar sind, dass wir euch im Alltag immer dabei haben können mit dieser wundervollen Musik. Ich bin zufällig über eine Liveversion von Kummer "Der Letzte Song" hier gelandet und muss sagen, der Song haut mich echt von den Socken. Klasse Musik mit einer Ausnahmestimme. Ich werde mir definitiv mehr von euch anhören und dieser hier läuft jetzt noch ein paar mal auf Repeat ;)
