They are all fat and rely on pure strength. Anyone can be strong if they’re overweight. They need to lose the fat and build real muscle in the gym. And most of their footwork is terrible. You will rarely find next level players at these camps because the drills don’t highlight good football, they are just acts of strength and athleticism, which is key but only a piece in the puzzle.
