the 1 day noodles is called jjajangmyeon or black bean noodles. all good just dont be stingy with the black bean paste, put some more. and if you're cooking seafood black been noodles, use the broth from your seafood instead a plain water just like when we cook a pasta.

Chow mein is modular. You can add anything you want and fry them up. You don't want it just don't put it. So simple. Tomatos or eggs or spam or pepper threads or Bean sprouts or pork or beef threads just put it in.
