Hello all!! I didn't really know what to title this video, but essentially, today at the sleep clinic, I'll be running through a few basic triggers...twice! First at a more normal, natural pace, and second at a slower, more "relaxing" pace. Let me know which one worked better for you!

OK, I think this is a new fave. The natural switch from soft speaking to whispering and back, the visual triggers and overall calm vibes - so relaxing. Also normal pace best pace.

Okay so I was up late one night and had an interesting idea for you (not sure if it has been done). A colab between you and other asmr youtubers where you each pick one person(e.g you pick glow, glow picks shanny and shanny picks you) they then pick one of their videos and you have to recreate the video as if you where them.

The slow whispering when you do an example at the start was a bit slower than later on. Even tho it would take AGES to say a sentence it was heavenly! Please can we have more of that?

Listened to this video last night and idk how far i got into it but i fell into a super deep sleep actually had dreams, which is rare for me, so let’s hope it can work again tonight! Been a subscriber for a while now not really one to comment much tbh you were the first Asmr channel i found and actually got me into this whole thing, I’ve tried other channels but your voice is just super easy on my ears and relaxing & i haven’t discovered any other asmr channel that makes me fall asleep as much as you have.. So thank you bc my sleeping pattern is awful I still struggle massively but your videos do help even if I’m just passing out from being totally dead you help making me feel more relaxed late at night.

Thank you so much for this vid Gibi, I’m at my nana’s house and can’t sleep. I miss my mom and am very very very stressed and feel like I can’t breathe. Thx, this vid makes me feel a little better and don’t judge that I am stressed and miss my mom when I sleepover at my nana’s house. But again thx Gibi your the best! Our dog sometimes tries to sneak onto our bed aswell :D She thinks that she's being really sneaky, but know when she gotten bigger (about 55 KG) It's not that easy anymore, and when we spot her, the ears goes down, and she slowly sneak onto the bed even further xD
